RESOURCE DOCUMENTS

The Public Compensation Coalition is committed to the Principles of a Fair and Comprehensive Workers' Compensation System. These principles were drafted by the unionized workers at workers' compensation boards across Canada in 2002. They clearly outline and describe how our system should fairly represent the needs of both workers and employers.

The legislative, policy, regulatory and organizational changes to our workers' compensation system have had impacts in many ways for injured workers. For more information about changes to our workers' compensation system since 2002, check out our Fact Sheet.
